oh please stop being so....... pro human race, life blah blah... You have a right to life until you take someone elses right or do anything that severely impacts someone else's life. Serious crimes such as intentional, premeditated murder, rape of young kinds or defenseless people do require serious punishments. You can get less if you do anything less but why get less if you do more... Risk and punishment. maybe if people were well aware of the punishment they wld think twice before committing such crimes. How do you offer sex and money and not be in ur right mind... YEAH RIGHT!
The argument bout who gets the penalty more, rich or poor, black or white is one for another day but as for the punishment itself, I am all for it. The government sets laws, there will always be a freedom vs right argument. When you hurt someone you loose ur right and shld be punished accordingly.
fyi - I'm not for abortions except the child or mother's health is in danger. Say what you will.
